How does masked shipping work?
Masked shipping protects both buyer and seller addresses. We act as an intermediary, so your personal address is never shared with the other party.

Contact the seller through our messaging system within 48 hours of delivery. If unresolved, open a dispute and our team will help mediate.
How long do refunds take?
